“SpainBridge”, which is represented by Limited Liability Company “Nomads Tech Advisers”, TIN nº B70737846, director Dmitry Shirokov, TIN Z0693441L, Address: Spain, Valencia, Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, 71 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) attaches great importance to the confidentiality of information submitted by visitors and users of the website located at www.spain-bridge.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), as well as by any other third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, who share confidential information with the Company for potential cooperation purposes (hereinafter referred to as “Users”). The Company undertakes all reasonable measures to safeguard, securely retain and prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential information submitted by Users.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs all information that the Company may collect about the User in the course of their interaction with any of the Company’s digital resources, including data categorized as personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law No. 3/2018 of December 5, 2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as “Information”).
This Privacy Policy constitutes an official document of the Company and reflects its commitment to data protection in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation, as well as prevailing ethical norms and standards.
By continuing to use the Site, the User unconditionally accepts this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing Information set forth herein. In case of disagreement with any of these terms, the User is required to discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Policy defines the categories of Information that the Company may collect about the User and establishes the procedure for its processing.

2.1.7. Information must be stored in a form that permits identification of the User only for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose.
2.1.8. Unless the retention period is established by an agreement to which the User is a party, beneficiary or guarantor, Information shall be deleted upon receipt of the User’s request for erasure.
2.2. The Company stores User Information in accordance with the internal rules of the relevant information systems.
2.3. The confidentiality of the User’s Information is maintained, except in circumstances where the User voluntarily makes such Information publicly available to an unrestricted audience.
2.4. The Company may disclose the User’s Information to third parties in the following circumstances:
2.4.1. The User has provided explicit consent to such disclosure.
2.4.2. The disclosure is required for the provision of services to the User.

2.4.4. The disclosure is required by Spanish law in accordance with the established legal procedure.
2.5. In processing Users’ personal data, the Company adheres to the requirements of GDPR 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law No. 3/2018.
2.6. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User provides consent to:
2.6.1. The processing of their personal data, including: surname, first name, patronymic (where applicable), contact details (including telephone number, Telegram or WhatsApp account, email address), and any other data that may become available during the preliminary discussion of service terms, such as family, social and financial status, level of education, professional background, and other publicly accessible Information about the User.
2.6.2. Collection, recording, organization, aggregation, analysis, use, extraction, dissemination, transfer to third parties (including, without limitation: server infrastructure providers; organizations delivering call, SMS, and messaging services; providers of survey and research services, and others), including cross-border transfer, receipt, processing, storage, updating, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of User personal data, through automated, mechanical, and manual means, for the following purposes:
- – maintaining and updating the customer database;
- – implementation of marketing programs and promotional activities;
- – market research and analysis;
- – conducting surveys and studies to assess User satisfaction and improve the quality of services;
- – advertising and promotion of goods and services through direct engagement with the User and other consumers;
- – technical processing of information, documentation, and personal data using automated and manual tools.
2.6.3. The sending of SMS messages and other types of communications and notifications to the User, including promotional materials, through any available communication channels.
2.6.4. The integration of personal data into information systems and their processing using automated or non-automated tools, including other software.
2.7. The User grants consent to the processing of their personal data to the Company and other parties specified in this Policy for an indefinite period. The User may withdraw such consent by:
1) sending a written request to the Company and/or other specified parties by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, withdrawal takes effect on the day following receipt of such letter by the Company; or
2) submitting a request through the feedback forms available on the Site.
3. INFORMATION PROCESSING
3.1. For the purposes of this Policy, the processing of Information refers to any set of operations performed by the Company, including collection, recording, organization, aggregation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, and destruction of Information.
3.2. The Company processes Information provided by Users on the basis of the User’s consent to such processing.
3.3. Collection of User Information takes place:

The User agrees to receive promotional materials and information about the Company’s services, offers and updates through any communication channels, including but not limited to SMS notifications, postal correspondence, voice messages, email messages, and messages via Telegram, email or WhatsApp. The User may opt out of such communications at any time by:
1) contacting the Company through the feedback forms on the Site, upon which the Company undertakes to remove the User from the mailing list upon first request; or
2) clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email communication.
3.7. Personal data as defined under applicable data protection legislation shall not be transferred to any third party, except where expressly required by law or as provided for in this Policy.
3.8. The Company reserves the right to destroy User Information in a manner that renders its content irrecoverable.
5. INFORMATION SECURITY
The Company implements all necessary and proportionate organizational and technical measures to protect User Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, duplication, distribution, and any other unlawful actions by third parties.
6. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY. APPLICABLE LAW
6.1. The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any amendments shall be accompanied by an updated revision date. The revised version of the Policy shall come into effect from the moment of its publication on the Site, unless otherwise specified in the updated version.
6.2. The Company may amend the terms of this Policy without prior notice.
6.3. This Privacy Policy, as well as any legal relations between the User and the Company arising from its application, shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
